This ring is made with a beautiful piece of black English sea glass sometime also called “Secret” sea glass because the color of the sea glass is only reveled when a backlight is applied to it before the stone is set. This piece is an olive green color. Black sea glass from Seaham, England dates back as far as the 1850’s. The band is 6 mm wide and patterned with waves, fish and bubbles. The backplate has a bubble pattern. Size 9. A patina has been applied. 7/8” by 1.”
